Shipping and despatch methods differ dependant on weight, size and value of your order and is calculated during the checkout process and confirmed before your transaction is complete and your payment made. All deliveries are fulfilled with a signed delivery service.

Next day delivery regrettably cannot be guaranteed when placing orders after 3:30pm.
Currently we are unable to despatch to a different delivery address other than that of the registered cardholder, unless proof of identity is supplied in advance of despatch, this is simply to assist us with fraudulent transactions. County Problems?
To integrate google cart we recently had to make a few changes to our Counties. This should only effect already registered customers, and new customers should be fine. We have made efforts to reduce the trouble of you re-entering your shipping address, but if you do have any problems, you may have to delete your old address information and create new address information (you can use exactly the same details as before) this should solve the problem.
